We use fully insured private shippers which allows us to help you get lower shipping rates, while ensuring your item will arrive undamaged, in the condition as when you purchase it.

As a result, we cannot provide exact dates and times for when pickup or delivery will be made, nor can we be held liable in the event an item arrives damaged. If this should happen, the buyer needs to contact the shipper immediately to make arrangements for repair or compensation. We will do our best to give you a general idea as to when you can expect your piece to arrive based off what the shipping companies tell us, but again realize that routes, weather, or vehicle maintenance could delay any shipping estimates.

Excellent transaction! The buffet was exactly as pictured and described, I'm very happy with the piece and its condition. Communication during the shipping process was consistent and accurate, and they were proactive in letting me know the shipping progress. I always knew where the piece was in the shipping process. Delivery was done with care, even in the middle of a snow storm! I give former modern the highest recommendation!
