Description: Vintage skirt and vest/waistcoat set. I believe this is meant to be a coordinating set for a couple as part of a costume. Both pieces are made of the same material, which is light blue and has white flocked polka dots on it. The skirt is gathered at the back and has a light stiffer material lining the hips and bum, but is otherwise unlined. It zips and snaps at the back. The vest fastens at the front with silvertone "heraldry" buttons. It is lined. There are pocket strips but they are only decorative and there are no actual pockets.

Any condition issues or flaws to note?: I don't see any issues on the skirt. There is a little fraying at front of one armhole, right at the edge, where the stitching didn't catch a little of the edge of the material during construction. No odors.

Material: Not noted. Woven with no stretch, probably a cotton or cotton blend. May be washable, but I would just have it dry cleaned.

Brand/Label: None. Handmade and done well.

Any hang tags still attached?: No.

Measurements for bust/chest, waist, and hips are taken across front and doubled. If there is any stretch to the fabric or if there is elastic I will note it. Dress form measures about 33-24-34 so items larger than that are usually pinned at the back. You MUST use the measurements given to determine fit and/or compare to a similar item you may already own. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you if an item will fit you or how it compares to your favorite label. Thanks!
