Alien Workshop is a skateboard company founded in 1990. The brand was started by Chris Carter, Mike Hill, and legendary pro Neil Blender and was headquartered in Dayton, OH, an odd move since nearly all of skateboarding existed in California. But that was part of their identity: true outsider, weirdness unconcerned with anything else going on in the world of skateboarding. Over time, Alien released several full length videos, like Memory Screen, Time Code, Photosynthesis, and, later, Mind Field, that helped establish them as one of the preeminent board brands of the 90s and 2000s. They were home to such legendary skaters as Anthony Van Engelen, Jason Dill, Josh Kalis, Heath Kirchart, Rob Dydrek, Dylan Reider, Jake Johnson, Grant Taylor, Duane Pitre and many more. The company changed hands several times in the early 2010s but eventually closed up shop in 2014. They've since reformed with a new team and have come back home to Dayton. This original Alien Workshop shirt is in great condition with light fading.
