A beautiful piece that looked just like the photos & was handled extremely carefully for delivery. Fantastic customer service, too - Julie was super responsive and proactive even with it being the holidays. It worked out that they could deliver sooner than a shipper given that we’re in a similar geographic area, and so the piece was actually delivered by a family member for a reduced rate. For other buyers, I can’t say that will always be an option for pieces, but I will say you can trust they’ll be straightforward and accommodating even if they can’t get a piece to you themselves! We greatly appreciated how flexible and communicative they were. Would definitely purchase from this shop again 🙂
