Unbelievable 1930's painterly cold rayon gown in a impressionist floral print. This rare dream dress features dramatic puffed sleeves, framed by a dramatic stand up collar. A sweetheart bodice with shirred center accented with three blue silk velvet bows. The bodice is fitted and the skirt flares out to the hem. Snaps up the side. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
