A beautiful 1982 embossed art print made by Salem, Oregon artist, Gloria Cornelius, who specialized in linocut and intaglio printmaking inspired by the rich agricultural landscape of her rural home. Number 3 in a very limited run of 5. The piece is pencil-signed and numbered by the artist and titled "The Blossom Within". The image of tulips is hand-printed in yellow and spring green. The ivory museum-quality printmaking paper is beautifully embossed with an abstract bud shape enclosing the tulips. The print is unopened and in very good condition, with the exception of minorly stubbed corners (which would be covered by a frame).

This piece is part of a large collection of original art from the Cornelius estate, nearly all of which are mint-condition dead stock prints from throughout her career. These prints are still in their original plastic wrap and foam board and will be shipped flat in stiff cardboard.

I choose shipping service based on your specific order and location, so your package may come via USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you'll be provided with a tracking number for that service. The shipping class will always be equivalent in terms of delivery date to whatever is on your receipt. And whenever I'm able to find a deal on shipping, I'll pass the discount on to you! If you want a specific carrier or shipping class, please let me know and I can most likely accommodate it. Happy to do combined shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible and local pickup in Salem, OR is always encouraged! Delivery/meet-up in Portland or Eugene may also be possible.
