Vintage from the 1970s
Materials: linen burlap, yarn, seed beads, pleather, plastic flower, wood frame

Charming 70's fiber art creation (I believe from a kit), featuring a lovable lion with a curly yarn main. The creation ground is a linen like burlap fabric on stretcher bars. The main and tail are sewn(although looks a bit like yarn hooking) with brown chunky craft yarn. The remains portions are glued chenille style yarn. He has fabric/pleatherish ears and whiskers, along with sewn seed bead whisker spots. There is also a little plastic daisy attached to his main(you could remove this if you don't care for it). So cute, perfect for an art studio or nursery!
