Please take care of your jewelry by keeping it clean and away from water, soaps and lotions. Please remove before bathing, swimming or exercising. Store your jewelry pieces in a jewelry box or air tight container. Please do not bathe or swim with your photo lockets.

All designs are mailed in a natural Kraft box with a pretty label or washi tape and a bow. Ready for gift giving!

In an effort to cut down on packaging, multiple items will be shipped in one gift box unless requested otherwise. Please leave a message in the 'note to seller' box when you check out if you need individual boxes for your jewelry purchases.

If you want your item gift wrapped also in wrapping paper and pretty bow and tag, there's an additional charge for that you can choose upon check out.

All jewelry items are inspected carefully before shipped. With that being said, things can happen. If you have any issues with your order and it needs to be repaired or replaced, please message me via ETSY. If it's within 30 days, I will try to repair the item for FREE and send you a first class return label to send it back to me so I can either fix or replace it. I will send it back to you free of charge as well. A photo is also helpful so I can see the issue. If it's after 30 days, I'll gladly repair, if possible, your jewelry for a small fee that only covers any supplies needed and shipping.

The photo option for lockets is a choice for you that includes you sending me your favorite photos and me inserting them into your locket for you! I size, cut, insert and glue - so your photos fit the locket perfectly without you having to think about sizing or doing the hard work! I make it easy for you! All photos are printed on high quality Epson glossy paper. Most styles also have a protective coating (the 4 photo lockets do not). If you choose the photo option please be sure you understand you are ordering this service to go with your locket. Please read below about not being able to cancel your order once work has begun on your photos.

If you order a locket with photos and I have started to work on your proof, your order at that point does not quality for a cancellation. This is due to the time it takes me to message you, edit the photo(s) to fit the locket space or just to make them look better with lighting, coloring, etc. or communicate with you that I need different photos if yours will not fit in that locket. Please ask before you order if you are unsure if a photo will work in the space provided as well as read all the info in the listing description about the best type of photos. All photo locket orders include a FREE change out after the proof is complete if you are not happy with the first proof, so there should be no need to cancel your order once I begin work.
