100% rayon, 100% bad ass Nostalgia dress. Blue and black lace. Sheer sleeves. Gently fitted through the bust and hips. Fully lined besides the sleeves. Contrasting panels in the skirt. Does have light shoulder pads. Can easily be removed. Pulls on over the head.
