This lamp is in good original condition, there are a few reeds that show signs of wear, the metal base shows signs of cosmetic wear to the finish. Overall great working condition.

SHIPPING

Shipping is provided by either USPS, UPS, or Fedex, for items that can be shipped by those carriers (Large items, or Freight Size items are provided by a Freight or shipping company--see FREIGHT SHIPPING). We choose the carrier with the most cost-saving method for each item. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us to adjust the listing for the upgrade.



FREIGHT/WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING:

All Freight shipping is done by the shipping company of choice, our quotes are estimates or approximate costs of shipping an item. Please note: Delivery times can be from 4-6 weeks depending on the scheduling of the freight companies. All of our quotes are estimates given by the freight company, we are not affiliated with the companies. All packing, shipping, and insuring is done through the freight company. For a shipping & handling quote, please provide a zip code. Buyer makes all shipping arrangements – I will be happy to provide a list of shippers that we have used. We will help coordinate shipping with the shipper of your choice, it will be your responsibility to provide all contact information, delivery times, and payment to the shipper. It will be your responsibility to maintain contact with the shipper during the shipment process. We are not responsible for delays, and are unable to track your shipment once it has left our facility. .


LOSS/DAMAGE/INSURANCE:

We take extra time and care to pack our items to prevent damage. All items are insured for the price of purchase, and in the event damage does occur, it must be reported to the shipper within 24 hours. All items must be reported to UPS/USPS/FedEx. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in shipping, we will assist you if necessary in filing your claim.If an item arrives damaged we have insured it up to $100 or the appropriate dollar amount according to the item sale price. USPS claims can be filed online to have that insurance check mailed to you. For all other Carriers, UPS or Fedex, we must be notified within the 24 hours, and with all damage claims USPS, UPS, Fedex, **You must have photo proof of damage, and you must retain the shipping box and all the packing material until the carrier can complete an inspection, otherwise your claim may be denied..

REFUNDS

There are no refunds or partial reimbursements, however, partial refunds up to the purchase price are available for items that were insured, and damaged or lost during shipment after an insurance claim has been filed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received within 48 hours after purchase, after that time, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Once an item is purchased, and it involves freight shipment, we will HOLD the item for 14 Days after purchase. If you have not secured shipping arrangements by the 14th day, PLEASE CONVO ME, if you need additional time. If the item is returned to stock, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus 20% restocking fee.
