Bummer - inconsistently works.

Bummer - inconsistently works. I bought two and the quality control is lacking. The print is different on each that I bought. Sometimes they light, sometimes they don't. They're from Alibaba but I was hoping FriendsNYC would have some type of quality control/testing themselves. Likely won't be buying from FriendsNYC again.
