They are the perfect stands to hold books and potted plants to mix and match its use. Each self-standing metal shelf has some surface wear as to be expected with vintage items. the gold flashed is in good vintage condition and the white shelf has a rustic finish with layers of the original and white paint. Each could be left as is or repainted/refinished if desired. We love the minimalist yet visually interesting circular design with the cross shelves in between. We love that it is tiered to hold many items at once and take advantage of the vertical space in your home.
