Soak the earthenware completely in water for at least 24-48 hours. Rinse and let air dry completely before initial use.

This is my 3rd purchase from this seller and she never disappoints. I am using this vessel to sprout large volumes of Mung Beans. It’s perfect, light weight enough that I can rinse my sprouts and hold it tilted with the lid on to drain. This works better than glass jars for mung beans and they were actually sweeter because they were in total darkness other than rinsing. I can easily sprout two cups of dried mung beans. So glad I found this gem and that I got the taller one.
