I can process an exchange for full-priced items only if I have your desired item in stock. Please message me within 3 days of receiving the original item. The original item must be post-marked within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for all return shipping expenses and tracking. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Return/exchange requests must be sent back/postmarked within 7 days of delivery. A USD $6 re-stocking fee will be deducted from all refunds made on returned purchases. If you are making an exchange, the fee will be waived.

We are unable to refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as DELIVERED. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure, as we are not responsible for stolen or un-retrieved packages.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back to me, and will incur a reshipment fee.

We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays. All delivery dates provided are estimates calculated by Etsy. Overall, we have had a positive experience shipping with USPS throughout the years, however we do not and cannot guaranteed delivery dates.
