Late 70's early 80's vintage two piece rayon skirt set made in the USA by Prophecy. The set features a high waisted midi skirt with pockets and side button closure. The tailored blouse has back buttons, a pointed collar and shoulder pads (non removable) The green with black floral block print is so charming and I love the retro 1940s vibe.
