"Straight Edge" is a song written by Minor Threat in 1981. The song talks about not drinking alcohol or smoking or using "a crutch." It was a personal statement but one that quickly became a philosophy. Adidas is a sports clothing company founded in 1924. The two have nothing to do with each other, other than that they're both things that people feel attached to. Despite their lack of intersection, 666 Straight Edge decided to put them together, imagining a new meaning for the name Adidas: All Day I Dream About Straight Edge. The brands name actually comes from the founder's name, Adi Dassler, but this is much better. This vintage 666 Straight Edge shirt, nicely faded and worn, features a play on the sports brand Adidas.
