Description

SOLD Lovely Italian Mid Century Modern Textured Covered Vessel by Aldo Londi for Bitossi from his Seta Collection.  A stylized triangular shaped with rounded corners with the rim painted in black, orange and purple.  The piece’s matte body is incised with short lines in a concentric manner all over the body terminating in a handle in the shape of the vessel.  The decoration very reminiscent of the Seta Series. The sgraffito on the top seems to have been intentional.  It is applied as a gray color to emphasize the design even though it is not evenly distributed.  In Very Good Condition with minor wear but no damage.

Measurements:  7 inches wide  x  5 1/4 inches deep  x  4 1/2 inches high
