Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, all orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes this tracking number, from Etsy upon shipment. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please track your order via usps.com.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit so that we may file a lost package claim with USPS. If you believe your item has been stolen, we can remake your order for a small replacement fee.

We're happy to make a custom ornament for you or personalize an existing listing for you. Custom ornaments are priced between $30-40 depending on the request. There is a $3 fee to personalize any ornament in my shop. Send us a message and let us know what you have in mind!

Every ornament is shipped in a gift box that doubles as a way to safely store your ornament when not in use. Your ornament doesn't like humidity, so it is best to store it climate-controlled area if possible!

While we carefully package each order, sometimes packages experience less-than-careful travels. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out immediately with photos of the damage to the ornament and the shipping box. we'll gladly replace your order.

If an order is returned by USPS due to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional postage fees for resending the order to a verified address.
