DESCRIPTION: Brand new Pirelli rubber webbing is the most sought after replacement webbing on the market. It provides a 10% stretch, allowing for easy installation and trusted longevity.

Pirelli (Italy) is most known for manufacturing racing tires, but are the original manufacturer of rubber webbing used on most mid-century chairs for suspension since the 1950's.

MEASUREMENTS: 2" wide. Clips close to ⅛" thick.

Note: 2 clips per 18" (plus a few extras) are included in the listing for free (sorry, we do not offer discounts for orders without clips). Rolls do not come continuous - we do our best to provide a full length cut, but orders above 10 feet may have more than one cut.

Tools Needed for Replacement: Pliers or table vice, Razor or Sharp Scissors

Simple Instructions:

Measure distance between two slots. Cut to this measurement, attach clips and crimp using pliers. Install by inserting one end into first slot and stretch the band and insert other end into opposite slot. Once clips are attached properly, they will fit into slots ⅛" wide.

Will not fit Fagas strap slots, popular on several Dux brand chairs - check your Dux chair for strap/clip style, as they do vary. You can staple the webbing to the wood frame without the clips. See last photo for side by side comparison and more details.

Our equipment is calibrated for accurate representation, but too many factors and variables affect color/shade that are simply out of our control. Lighting, your computer monitor representation, even our own eyes represent color/shades differently (remember the blue/black dress debate?). What may appear light or medium in bright light, may appear dark in low light. Colors change simply based on the angle they are viewed - look at how color changes on a fold of a shirt you're wearing.
