Stunning 1970s dress by Victor Costa done in black silky nylon with a pink and green rose print. This fabric has such great movement when you walk and dance! Scoop neckline with ruffle trim, long slim sleeves, fitted waist, and full skirt with ruffle trim. Zipper closure at the back, fully lined.
