No, processing time is the time frame that is allotted for the shop owner to give possession of your purchase to the private transporter. The processing time DOES NOT include the allotted time frame for the private transporter to transport your purchase from Houston to the address provided in the purchase order.

If you are not satisfied with the shipping/freight time provided, then you are welcome to arrange your own. I will ask the buyer to choose and set up a freight company for shipment and that you pay them directly for delivery. I take no responsibility for any item shipped by any freight service outside of the provider I use. Although, I am happy to work with the shipper of your choice.

Yes! Please contact me if you live locally. If you would like delivery in the Houston area within 45 miles from the downtown zip code of 77002 the delivery fee will be $150. If you live within 275 miles of the Houston downtown zip code of 77002, the delivery fee will be $300. Contact me if you have any questions and to make arrangements.

I do offer shipping via Greyhound. I take no responsibility for any item shipped by greyhound.

We do not offer returns. All items are sold AS IS. I do research each item carefully. I describe all items and their flaws the best I can. Most items I sell are used, vintage items and flaws are to be expected. Dents, scratches, dings, scuffs, tears, smudges, etc are to be expected and will be disclosed / photographed to the best of my ability. All my items have a past life and most times with more than one owner, therefore I can not promise an item has come from a smoke free or pet free environment.

All sales are final, sold as-is with no returns. Once purchased, orders may not be cancelled or refunded. If items arrive damaged due to transit then the freight provider is responsible for repairs.

If your item is damaged in transit, you must let me know within 3 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos showing the damage, the box, & the packing material. I will file an insurance claim. All damaged items, boxes, and packing materials must be retained until the insurance claim is complete. An inspection of damage may be requested by the insurance provider to complete the claim. No refunds will be given until all photos requested are sent by the buyer and the insurance claim process is complete. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be asked to verify the damage by following a link provided by the insurance company. If you are unable/unwilling to complete the insurance process, no refund will be given.

We ultimately want items to arrive safely and in good condition to their new homes and have chosen our relationship with our freight provider with this in mind. We also know they are a small business owner as well and that life happens and in that event, want to extend understanding. Tire blowouts, mechanical issues, accidents, traffic, weather, illness, delayed pickups/drop offs, unplanned help to get furniture inside, are just a few things that could delay a shippers schedule. Driving over 15k a month pulling a XXL trailer on average 80% full is the perfect storm for unexpected things to happen on the open road. They can’t give an accurate time frame too far in the future due to the number of variables that could potentially happen.

A lot of times we don’t regularly hear from our freight provider. They are constantly driving or loading/unloading items & it is difficult for them to spend a lot of time on their cell phones. Rest assured, we do have a relationship with our provider & know they are doing their best to get to us as quickly as they can. We typically get a 5-7 day heads up when they are heading towards Houston to have everything ready to go. Prior to that we don’t receive feed back that could give an accurate delivery date/helpful information. At the time of purchase if we know which coast they are currently working on, will share that along with what we can. When your item is picked up in Houston you will receive notification & pictures if possible.

We use our Private Transporter/Freight Provider that we partner with to deliver/ship most of the items we have for sell in our shop. In order for the fright provider to accept the item and take it in ther possession at the time of pickup in Houston, they need a contact number and backup form of communication in order to be able to schedule the delivery with you. If this is not provided prior to the Transporter arriving in Houston for pickup, I will be unable to ship your item. This will result in a possible 4-8 week delay because we will have to wait until they return from their route to pickup again in Houston.

We work exclusively with Courier Trans LLC because our first priority is to get you your piece in good condition. The processing time frame is the amount of time that is estimated for us to get the item picked up and in the hands of our professional transporter. If you would like to use your own UShip or FedEx Freight services please feel free to request a quote and let use know. We are happy to provide our address and work with the pickup of the item with your chosen service. We do not assume liability once picked up from our location. If you would like priority Transport with Courier Trans LLC, he will make your delivery priority for $2 extra per mile. Please let me know at time of purchase if you would like this option.
