I'm hoping I'll dream up a way to ship your items in a great-looking, economical, and environmentally responsible way.

However, starting July 2018, etsy skims a % off the top of what customers pay toward shipping. I do NOT make a profit on shipping, so in order to keep your+my costs low, I choose to sacrifice a beautiful package, and I use recycled materials as much as I can. Of course, the added benefit is this reduces waste!

Your package may not be as beautiful as the item inside it, but I'll do my best to package your item securely and with the lowest weight possible to save you $$$. In a perfect world, you'll reuse the packaging you receive!!

If you're in or around Portland and want to save on shipping, let's cut out the middleman, and get you your items without bothering the mail carrier! Send me a message and let's try and arrange a pick up or drop off.

Getting a package in the mail is also pretty fun, though.

You want your item ASAP, so I ship out ASAP! However, I have no control over the delivery speed of USPS. Most often, US Postal Service delivery is quick and on time, but please be aware that delays do happen for myriad reasons, and I can't be held accountable once your package leaves my possession.

Please be aware that if you choose the USPS "Parcel Select Ground" delivery service at checkout, you will save a few bucks on the shipping fee, but the delivery window is wiiiide, and it will take longer the further you are from Portland, OR. This is a great service if you aren't in a rush to get your item, but not so great if it's for your aunt's birthday this Friday!! Again, I have no control over your item once it I drop it in the mail.

If you see a *one of a kind * item in the shop that you desperately need, but a little wiggle room in your bank account is needed before you click that "Buy it Now" button, I can reserve an item for up to 3 days. Send me a message, and if we come to an agreement, I'll change the listing title and description to advise other shoppers that any purchases will be cancelled/refunded. If 3 days pass and you haven't made the purchase, I'll remove the hold and the item will be available again to the general public.

For handmade items that are *not* one of a kind, I don't typically do holds, but send me a message and I'll hear your plea. 😊

Anything we offer as "vintage" is 20 years or older, and therefore will most likely have imperfections and/or wear because they have been previously used or worn.

I'll post my honest opinion on the condition of each vintage item - please reach out if you need more info to make your decision, I love answering questions!

EU law requires that I allow EU residents to return items within 14 days of delivery. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent to receive a refund. I will take photos prior to shipping to confirm the item's condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
