Amazing colorful platforms by iconic shoe brand Delman! I thought these were 1940s at first glance but I believe they are actually 70s in the classic 40s style. They are bright lipstick red with blue, white, and yellow stripes and embroidered red flowers across the vamps. Adjustable buckle closures with embroidered straps. High quality, made in Greece. Marked size 10AA but I am a size 9 and they fit me well. See measurements.
Final two photos show one of the late 1930s Delman platforms in the Met Museum collection, and an ad from 1938 showing Delman platform styles.
