Antique Rustic Willow Buttocks Basket

A delightful antique wicker basket. Aged yet strong in construction.
Good bentwood handle and wood framing at the top make this a strong
and useful piece. Not sure of exact age although we do believe judging
from the quality it does have some age. Possibly a New England or style
basket. Flat bottom with a framed bentwood rim giving it nice structure.

Measures;
14.5" width, and stands 13" height to the top of the handle,
basket height is 7".

Good color although it may have had a stain to the handle and rim at
some point in its' life. Looks to be very solid although you will find signs
of aging and use. and possible a broken willow here and there. It does
have a slight slant to the top handle although the basket looks to be level.
