This beautiful chest of drawers is made of walnut, with carved acorn pulls and dovetailed joinery. The top has been stripped of its prior paint, sanded down to natural wood grain and sealed with satin polyurethane. The body and drawers have been painted in a custom mix of Wise Owl's Black, Anchor and Inkwell. The result is a deep black with slight navy blue undertones. Sealed with Wise Owl Unscented Furniture Tonic, it has a light sheen. The construction of this piece likely makes it an antique, with hand forged nails and large, heavy drawers. Beautifully detailed key holes and drawer handles add to the charm of this dresser. Measures 40" wide, 18.5" deep and 39" high. Available for pickup in Falmouth.
