Designed in 1903, for the Vienna home of Dr. Salzer, Josef Hoffmann's cabinett chairs are a timeless design that typifies his Wiener Werkstätte aesthetic. The rationalist cube form is made comfortable with the upholstered interior that's covered in fabric of his design. The curvilinear design of the fabric is the perfect counterpoint to the rectilinear frames of the chairs. Made in the late 1980s-early 1990s by Wittmann Mobelwerkstattten Austria, the craftsmanship is impeccable.
