Products were exactly as advertising. Renee at urban industrial helped tremendously with shipping changes. The items were exceptionally well packed for shipping.

Build quality was excellent and communication during production was great. Prompt responses to questions and answered me satisfactorily. This desk should last me many years to come. Packaging for shipping was amazing, there was no way this product would have been damaged in transit. The only two things that prevented a 5-star review were that the underside was not stained or weather-proofed in any way. That's fine, I can do that myself. The other is that only 6 screws were provided, and they were not sized properly to hold the legs in place. This led to me running to a local hardware store to pick up screws and washers, but once I had those it was a 10-15 minute assembly. Sturdy and well-balanced now that everything is in place.
