A queen size bed using 3x2" tube and walnut boards for the head and footboard design fields.

You may use this style with or without a box spring. I can raise or lower the side rails depending upon which method you choose. I would like to make the footboard height flush with your mattress top so I will need to know the thickness of your mattress and footboard.

The rails are normally 7" off the ground as you see in this variation. You may alter.

You may also alter the heights of the head and footboards depending your bedding and bedroom needs.

There is an inch of space between the footboard and the mattress for bedding.

The wood is rough walnut. It has been planed and sanded and sealed. It is smooth to the touch. But there are natural variations such as knots and different grains and colors. Please note that each bed will have it's own unique qualities.

The steel has been cleaned and waxed and is smooth to the touch. All corners have a gentle radius and are not unfriendly.

The bed is extremely sturdy and very easy to assemble.
