Vintage from the 1910s

Materials: cotton batiste fabric, embroidery floss

* Girl's under-dress c 1910s
* Semi-sheer white cotton batiste fabric
* Small black, pink and gray geometric embroidery around neck opening, chest, and above hem
* Body of dress is a simple shape with a few rows of ruching at chest center and one tuck pleat at either side under arm
* Short sleeves and neck opening are slightly scalloped with pink embroidered edge
* Center back opening is 7 1/2" long, closure is a single snap at neck

No label, likely handmade

* This garment was most likely meant to be worn more like a petticoat, with a pinafore or sleeveless over-dress.

Good condition. Flaws are a mended area center front and a tear at hem, in front. Please see photos.

No size label. Please go by measurements.
