Yes we do! We reuse packaging that is clean and reusable, it saves our environment, and lowers shipping costs. It's a good idea!

We can assist in arranging shipping with your preferred carrier, but you must provide all necessary contact information, delivery schedules, and payment directly to the carrier. It is your responsibility to stay in touch with the carrier throughout the shipping process. Please note that we cannot be held liable for delays, and once the shipment leaves our facility, tracking it becomes your responsibility.

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered according to the carrier's tracking data. If an item arrives damaged, it is insured up to $100 or the appropriate dollar amount based on the item's sale price. For USPS claims, you can file online to receive the insurance check. For UPS or FedEx, notification must be provided within 24 hours, and all damage claims require photo proof of damage. Additionally, you must retain the shipping box and all packing materials until the carrier completes an inspection; failure to do so may result in denial of your claim.

Given the unique nature of our vintage and custom items, we regret to inform you that we do not provide replacements or refunds. Should your item arrive damaged, kindly adhere to the previously outlined guidelines for reporting damaged items.

3 Girls Antiques cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen in transit by the carrier, as these circumstances are beyond our control. Once we entrust the item to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility for delivery. For any issues such as delays or lost packages, please reach out to the carrier directly. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates from the last known location of the shipping carrier and file a report with your local police department.
