SHIPPING GUIDLINES:
Standard Shipping. The freight service is Curbside, meaning that the driver will unload at your curb, but does not delivery inside your home. For this very reason we recommend assistance with transporting your piece(s) from the truck to your home. Please Note orders are shipped in a wood crate and Vintage Mill Werks ships via Common Freight Carriers. Although a quoted transit time may be given, we do not warrant actual ship times as they vary by carrier and region. At time of shipment, we will provide you with the specific Shipping/Tracking information for your order, as your order nears its final destination a phone call from the Carrier to schedule your delivery date and time.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY UPGRADE:
Premium White Glove service includes a Delivery appointment, Un-Crating, Inspection, In Home Delivery, Placement in room of choice, Set-Up and removal and disposal of packaging materials.

Each piece is Crafted by Hand, Bench Made, One at a Time, of Solid Salvaged Pine. All Vintage Mill Werks pieces are constructed of solid wood, from our drawer construction to the backs of our case pieces and everything in between. We offer over 20 finish options and take pride in crafting quality hand made furniture that will last for generations. All Vintage Mill Werks products are constructed of 100% Solid Salvaged Pine, collected from the Pacific North West and all of our products are produced utilizing sustainable manufacturing practices, and all of our finishing material are water based paints and lacquers.

All orders are produced for you specifically and any questions regarding size and finish options are welcomed, prices will vary for alternate size products. Productions times are 4-6 weeks, once completed we will schedule a shipping company for pick up and all deliveries are curb side and depending on size and weight assistance may be required to off load your order. Or ask about White Glove delivery options.

All Vintage Mill Werk's pieces are Crafted by Hand of Salvage Wood, each piece of timber is hand selected, hand planed, hand sanded and then hand finished. The Natural Patina of the Pine shows years of exposure to the elements and are unique with no two planks looking the same. Given its hand made and finished nature variations in each piece of furniture are to be expected and celebrated.

GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe furniture with a dry or SLIGHTLY damp Cotton Cloth to dust or clean, wipe off any excess moisture with dry Cotton Cloth. Murphy's Oil Soap can be used every six months if desired.

WAXED CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe the table clean with a soft cotton, dry or slightly damp cloth after each use. Wax can be reapplied, as normal use wears away the waxed finish. Briwax, a high-quality finishing wax, is our furniture sealant of choice; apply as directed.
For table top use coasters or place mats to help prevent marks or stains. Hot plates or cups placed directly on any wood surface will cause discoloration. Avoid mineral oil, chemical, detergent type cleaners as its usage will negatively effect the wax finish.

Vintage Mill Werks fabricates custom furniture using dimensional Old Growth Douglas Fir and/or Salvaged Pine wood which often contains unique graining & character. Dimensional solid wood with character is inherently more prone to movement than wood without character to include expansion & contraction as well as color variation, knots & checks. We create handmade unique pieces in a rustic design and do not fill any nail holes. Counter measures are taken to mitigate movement starting with the kiln drying process and carrying through design & fabrication.
