Wall-hanging "Dome Top Mirror" with frame in hand-applied beige shagreen lacquer and bone lacquer with inset beveled mirror by Karl Springer, American 1970's. Springer worked with an artisan who did these custom lacquer pieces painstakingly by hand. The quality is superb.
