ATTIC Alert
Curio cabinets have been popular since the 16th century, typically used by the wealthy to display exotic items collected from travels, reflecting the cultural interests of their time.
Throughout the centuries, designs have evolved, but the concept of showcasing personal treasures within a dedicated space remains a timeless tradition.
The trend of painted furniture, including colors like robin's egg blue, gained popularity in the mid-20th century, often associated with the revival of vintage aesthetics in decor.
