1940's Black Velvet Cropped Jacket with Soutache / Size Small Medium
Absolutely killer cropped jacket from the 1940's. Made of black velvet and trimmed with gold soutache embroidery. Long bolero style sleeves with folded cuffs. Wide collar with oversized covered buttons that cross over to close or can be worn open. Fully lined and wonderfully made, this jacket would be great with a cocktail dress or even a blouse and slacks.

Shoulder width (no seam because of sleeve style so adjustable): best for 15-16 inches
