Guldsmedsaktiebolaget has a history of craftsmanship, potentially dating back to the early 20th century in Sweden, reflecting the country’s rich tradition in metalworking and design.
The 1930s Art Deco era marked a significant evolution in design, characterized by geometric shapes and vibrant styles, which may be encapsulated in items produced during that period.
The Swedish Grace Movement, which influenced design during the 1920s and 1930s, aimed to create a harmony between function and beauty, as could be observed in the design of this box.
