--- ABOUT THE DESIGN ---
I remember the delightful shock of cutting into a chioggia beet for the first time -- who knew that something as ordinary as a beet could hide such beautiful, contrasting pink and white stripes? Since then, I've been fascinated with these root veggies -- their strong, saturated colors; their soft, organic stripes; and of course, their delicious, earthy flavor. I hope that this tea towel reminds you of the beauty in ordinary things like beets.

This design started as a watercolor painting. I intentionally keep the marks of an imperfect brush stroke to give a handmade feel.
